Mermaid Birthday Set

The T-shirt is printed in a mermaid print for the number with scales in blues and purples and purple glitter for the name and mermaid detail. Paired with a blue and purple tutu and matching hair band with flowers. The waist band on the tutu is elasticated for a tighter fit and it includes built in nappy pants.
