Delivery

All items will be delivered to the address that you provide for delivery when you make your order on our checkout page. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items, which have not been received.

In the case of an incorrect address, please email yasminsbabyboutique@outlook.com immediately and we will try to rectify this issue before posting, although we can accept no liability if this cannot be corrected before posting.

You may also specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to the recipient.

We aim to deliver all Isle of Man and UK orders within 2-3 working days for boutique items and prams. Please allow 7-14 business days for online exclusive items like our everday value range these arrive direct from our supplier and may arrive in multiple packages. Custom orders take 10-14 working days as they are made to order. 

If you require your order by a specific date please get in touch so we can let you know if we can deliver. If you do not receive products within 14 working days of the date on which it was scheduled to arrive, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at yasminsbabyboutique@outlook.com.

In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned to Yasmins Baby Boutique as undelivered, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.

We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
